Industrial democracy involves employee participation in management, which empowers employees and aids motivation. It can be facilitated by such setups as consultation committees. In an industrial democracy, workers should not only share in inputs to the running of the organization but also in its outputs, for example, by taking part in a profit-sharing plan. -
